FlexiMeals Cards are a simple and cost-effective way to provide a convenient payment system, whether you are managing a large internal cafeteria or a small coffee stand.  The FlexiMeals system makes cashless payment simple:

  • Fully managed by FlexiMeals. FlexiMeals creates and distributes the cards to employees. The secure online portal allows employees to view their own account balance and transaction history at any time.
  • Low cost. By consolidating electronic payments into larger amounts through a top-up process, the FlexiMeals card is cheaper to implement than an EFTPOS card. This not only reduces the cost of the transactions, but also increases the customer loyalty
  • Online Account Management. Employees can log into the secure FlexiMeals website at any time and view their account balance and transaction history, including the item details of every purchase. Even ordering new cards can be performed online.
  • Utilise Existing Employee Cards. Rather than having employees carry more cards, FlexiMeals can use your existing employee card or security card. The system can utilise a range of technologies including smart cards, proximity cards, magnetic stripe or barcodes.
  • Increased Throughput. The FlexiMeals card system is fully integrated into several industry-leading Point-Of-Sale terminals, reducing the transaction time and increasing the throughput of the cafeteria. Because there is no double-entering of transaction information there's no possiblility of manual data errors.
  • Integration with Delivery Services. The FlexiMeals Card is fully integrated with the FlexiMeals Delivery Services. This allows travelling employees to still access their meal benefit funds, even at offices without a cafeteria.
  • Online Menus. FlexiMeals also provides an online ordering facility for taking pre-orders. This allows busy employees to order their meals for pick-up at a specified time. Payment is also made online, making the pick-up process even faster.
