 Refund Policy for Goods and Services

1.1           This Refund Policy, and any terms and definitions in it, should be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions (FlexiMeals) Agreement contained on the FlexiMeals website at www.fleximeals.com.au and available in hardcopy on request. If any part of this Refund Policy is inconsistent with any term set out in the Terms and Conditions (FlexiMeals), the terms of this Refund Policy will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.

1.2           FlexiMeals is an agent for the transmission of orders and payment between the Authorised User and the Facility Provider and takes no responsibility for the delivery of Goods to the Authorised User or Account Holder.

1.3           In the event of an Authorised User reporting to FlexiMeals either:

(a)     a failure of the Facility Provider to supply the Goods, or

(b)     the Goods being unsatisfactory upon receipt; then

FlexiMeals will pass the details of the Authorised User complaint to the Facility Provider.

1.4           If the Facility Provider wishes to grant a full or partial refund, it is the responsibility of the Facility Provider to either refund the customer directly, or provide the refund value to FlexiMeals and have FlexiMeals credit the customer's account. 

1.5           FlexiMeals will not provide cash refunds to the customer for individual purchases.

Refund for Account Closure

In the event of receiving a request from the Authorised User to close their Account, FlexiMeals will refund the remaining value of the account in accordance with the procedures set out in the Terms and Conditions (FlexiMeals) Agreement.
